Elle Waters

Elle Waters is a passionate perfectionist, who is majoring in Strategic Communications with a Minor in Creative Writing and a Gender Studies Certificate. While being raised in Germany and the US she identifies herself as a third culture kid, but as of now, she calls Amarillo her home. When Elle isn’t being a full-time mom of two, you will find her reading a good book with a cup of hot tea in hand.
